Many of our guests have written reviews or left messages. Here are some of the comments that we have received.
"The Agritourismo was located about two hours north of Rome and 45 minutes south of Siena. The vacation rental is about a 10 minute drive from the small town of Paganico. It was on a hill with a beautiful view. The location was very quiet and private as it was in the Tuscan countryside. [...] The villas were in nice shape. Barbecue on property and a shared pool. Very peaceful, although two other villas on property, but enjoyed the opportunity to meet new people; share stories, experiences, and food! [...] All rooms were neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good. Water pressure was great, hot water, no bug problems.[...] Everything was as nice, if not nicer than we expected. The owner Donato was a very friendly, kind gentle man. He spoke little/no English but this was never a problem. Gloria manages the website and reservations. She communicates fluently in English and was always of great assistance. Her correspondence with us before leaving for our vacation was always prompt and VERY informative. Ask Gloria to give you the information that she has on the Maremma area or check out her own website, it has invaluable information on the beautiful Maremma area. "These apartments are in a country location, near a small farm. The location was very good as the views were spectacular and it was very quiet for the children to play. This was an agricultural area and it suited us fine as we had a hire car. [...] We thought the location and views from the apartment were stunning, even better than expected. [...] The standard of service by all was excellent. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The published information was an accurate reflection of the property. The price was very competitive and good value. We would recommend these apartments for anyone wishing a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The weather is great compared to Scotland." Gunn Clann, Scotland

"Das Agriturismo Il Passo degli Ulivi liegt inmitten einer sehr schönen Landschaft. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist sehr schön! Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. [...] Das Haus besteht aus drei Appartments, die alle gleich ausgestattet sind. Die Ausstattung im toskanischen Stil ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. [...] Die Buchung hat absolut problemslos funktioniert. Als wir ankamen wurden wir von Antonella und Donato begrüßt. Sie sind sehr nett. Es wurde uns alles im Appartment erklärt und zudem bekamen wir noch ganz viele Tipps für Restaurants und interessantes in der Umgebung. Beide waren super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. "[...] Beautiful views of the hills of Tuscany. But only a 10 minute drive to a major road linking Florence, Siena and Grosseto. [...] Apartment was exactly as advertised through pictures on the web site. If anything, it was better than we anticipated. [...] We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to explore southern Tuscany. "[...] Each apartment is very well furnished, with taste, in the old country style, and the kitchens are very well equipped. Everything was really clean. [...] The place is in the real countryside, and it has a spectacular view on the village of Civitella Marittima. [...]. It's a lovely place for groups to go. [...] I think Il Passo degli Ulivi is a very nice place to go to if one wishes to relax in a very quite place and go on daytrips to the main sites. "The property was in a stunning, picturesque location in the countryside, offering maximum privacy. The only sound came from the neighbouring farm and this was minimal. [...] All of the apartments were refurbished to a high standard and provided all the cooking materials you could need. [...] The pool was fantastic in its design and it was kept impeccably clean by the owner. [...] The owners were extremely helpful and exceptionally nice. I would love to return to this place again. "The location was absolutely great, in the middle of the olive trees and vineyards. With a beautiful view and very private. The apartment was very nice and clean. The area was very great to explore. [...] The furniture was in a good shape and very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and there were enough chairs and kitchen stuff, like pots and pans. "[...] Ovviamente ci siamo trovati benissimo, la signora Salvini non se ne era ancora andata dopo averci consegnato le chiavi e già qualcuno voleva chiedere se la struttura era libera per l'estate! Gli appartamenti sono molto comfortevoli e ben forniti di tutto il necessario, peccato che la piscina fosse chiusa! Ringrazia ancora moltissimo da parte mia e di tutti la sig. Salvini, che ci ha dimostrato una gentilezza, una cortesia, (ma soprattutto) una pazienza infinita (non so se ti ha raccontato delle chiavi e della lampada...); raramente ho trovato persone più disponibili e simpatiche di lei. Carinissima (e golosa!) l'accoglienza con pasticcini e vino, peccato solo che abbiamo impiegato un sacco ad aprire le bottiglie, colpa dell'apribottiglie, un pò poco pratico!
